BTS ‘2026 DALMAJUNG’ Opens in Seoul Tomorrow — HYBE Yongsan Pop-Up and National Museum Shop Guide
Launches Sept. 29 · HYBE Yongsan pop-up through Oct. 11 · National Museum of Korea museum shop release · BTS × MU:DS
BTS launches the fourth edition of its official DALMAJUNG series tomorrow, pairing the group’s ARIRANG era with Korean visual heritage. The 2026 collection is a second collaboration with MU:DS, the National Museum Foundation’s cultural-goods label, and draws on Joseon-era munjado — folk paintings that combine characters with symbolic imagery.
Where to find it in Seoul
A physical DALMAJUNG pop-up opens Sept. 29 on the first floor of HYBE Yongsan and runs through Oct. 11. The collaboration also goes on sale at the National Museum of Korea museum shop in Yongsan on launch day, giving travelers two different ways to encounter the project in the same district.
What makes this edition different
The collection connects lyrics and themes from BTS’s fifth album ARIRANG with traditional symbols of happiness, longevity and good fortune. Thirteen products have been announced, including small ceramic objects, an amulet-style dried-pollack magnet, a miniature broom and a pouch set inspired by traditional forms.
Visitor notes
Area: Yongsan, Seoul
Launch: Sept. 29, 2026
HYBE pop-up: through Oct. 11
Booking: Check the latest HYBE/Weverse visitor notice before traveling; entry rules can be time-slot based for major merchandise launches.
Why go now: It is unusually relevant for international visitors because the project links a globally searched Korean artist directly with museum-held Korean heritage rather than functioning as a standard merchandise pop-up.
Sources: HYBE announcement reported Sep. 22–23, 2026; National Museum Foundation MU:DS collaboration coverage. Checked Sep. 28, 2026.
