Genshin Cafe in Seoul Reopens Today — New Nod-Krai & Illuga Theme in Hongdae

Reopens Sep. 26 · Genshin Cafe in Seoul, Teyvat Tower in Hongdae · Advance reservation required · Closed Tuesdays

Genshin Cafe in Seoul reopens today after a renovation break with a new Nod-Krai & Illuga theme. Timed just after the Version 7.1 update, the refresh changes the café menu, photo and event floors, and merchandise lineup across the permanent Hongdae venue.

Book before you go

The café is operating by advance reservation until further notice. The first booking release, covering Sep. 26–Oct. 3, opened on Sep. 22, so travelers hoping to visit this weekend should check Naver Booking for remaining time slots before heading to Hongdae. The next release is Sep. 29 at 8 PM KST for visits from Oct. 4–11.

What is new

The previous themed food menu has been replaced by Nod-Krai items, with character bonuses attached to selected meals, drinks and cakes while supplies last. The fourth-floor event zone adds DIY acrylic-keyring making and Nod-Krai photo-card activities, while the fifth-floor shop introduces new merchandise featuring Illuga, Flins, Nefer and Jahoda.

Why it is worth checking now

This is a permanent official Genshin destination rather than a short pop-up, but today is the first day of a full theme reset tied to the current game cycle. For overseas Genshin fans already visiting Hongdae, that makes opening weekend unusually timely. Limited merchandise and purchase bonuses can sell out, so check the café’s official notice and social channels before travelling.
